We are more than just a gaming site. pjs138 is built on a foundation of trust, security, and a commitment to delivering the best online entertainment experience to every user in Malaysia.
Pjs138 is an online gaming platform founded with a clear vision — to become Malaysia's most trusted digital entertainment destination. We began this journey over eight years ago with a small but driven team, determined to bring a world-class casino experience directly to Malaysian users without them ever having to leave home.
From day one, we have placed user trust as our absolute priority. Not just empty promises — every design decision, every technology choice, and every platform policy is made with the safety and comfort of our members in mind. That is why pjs138 is today home to over 2.4 million active players across Malaysia.
We understand that Malaysian players have their own preferences. Your native language, local payment methods like DuitNow and FPX, a user-friendly interface in Bahasa Malaysia — these are not just add-on features for us. They are the foundation of how we have built this platform from day one.
Pjs138's mission is simple: to deliver a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming experience to every Malaysian who chooses us as their entertainment platform. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every player is different — some prefer high-graphic video slots, others enjoy the atmosphere of Live Casino with real human dealers, and some seek the thrill of Sports Betting or action-packed Fish Shooting Games.
That's why the pjs138 game catalogue features over 500 titles, carefully categorised so you can always find what you're looking for without any hassle. On top of that, we continuously add new games every month based on feedback and requests from our player community.
In terms of direction, pjs138 is in a phase of continuous expansion. We are investing heavily in technology development — particularly in cybersecurity, platform speed, and mobile experience. The new pjs138 app is not simply a copy of the web version; it has been rebuilt from the ground up to optimise the experience on smartphone screens.
Pjs138 believes that online gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not stress or financial hardship. We therefore implement a range of proactive measures to ensure our members play within healthy limits.
Our platform provides comprehensive self-management tools — including daily and weekly deposit limits, self-exclusion options, and resources for professional help if needed. All features are accessible directly from your account settings without contacting customer support.
We also enforce a strict age verification system. Every new account is required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process, ensuring that only individuals aged 18 and above can play on pjs138. This is not merely a legal requirement for us — it is a moral responsibility we take very seriously.
Trust is not built in a day. Over more than eight years of operation, pjs138 has proven our commitment through actions, not just words. Winning payouts are always processed on time — withdrawals to local bank accounts are typically completed within 15 minutes. This is a track record we are proud to maintain consistently.
Our customer support system operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including all public holidays. You can reach our team via in-app Live Chat, with first responses typically received in under two minutes. Our support team is trained to resolve issues, not just deliver unhelpful template replies.
On the security front, all user data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by major banks in Malaysia. Our servers are monitored 24/7 by a dedicated cybersecurity team, and we conduct regular penetration testing to ensure our systems are always in top condition.
Every feature we build is a direct response to the real needs of Malaysian players — not simply following global market trends.
All your personal data and financial transactions are protected by the same 256-bit SSL encryption used by leading banking institutions in Malaysia. Play with complete confidence at pjs138.
Your wins belong to you entirely. pjs138 processes all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to your local bank account — no excuses, no unnecessary delays.

Every milestone we have achieved is the result of the trust placed in pjs138 by millions of players who chose us as their entertainment platform. This is the story of our journey from a small team to Malaysia's largest platform.
Be Part of This StoryPjs138 was founded by a small group of passionate developers in Malaysia with a single goal: to build a gaming platform that truly understands local users' needs. The first platform launched with 50 game options.
Within two years, pjs138 successfully grew to 100,000 registered members. That same year, we introduced DuitNow and FPX support to make transactions easier for Malaysian players.
Pjs138 introduced live casino rooms featuring real human dealers in HD video quality. The overwhelming response from the community made Live Casino the most popular section of our platform.
A historic milestone — pjs138 reached 1 million registered members. That same year, we launched the first mobile app for Android and iOS, bringing the gaming experience right to your pocket.
